Super Charge Your Mornings......Green Tea Power Smoothie!
 
1 cup green tea (cold)
1/2 scoop TastyWhey Vanilla Protein (available at FIThai.pk)
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1 tablespoon oats
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (available at FIThai.pk)
1/2 tablespoon wheatgrass powder (available at FIThai.pk)
1/2 tablespoon flax seeds (available at FIThai.pk)
1/2 sliced green apple
2-3 ice cubes
 
Combine into a blender, blend, enjoy! Garnish with spinach leaves.
