Tastywhey mint chocolate pudding recipe Pudding is a comfort food fave! If you love pudding like we do but hate what it does to your diet, try this deliciously decadent recipe from the Adaptogen Science nutrition kitchen! Plus it's low calorie, low carb, and gluten-free. Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Tasty ISO or Tasty Whey chocolate
  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. mint extract
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 TBSP melted coconut butter
In a small bowl, combine Tasty ISO (or Tasty Whey) with cocoa powder, mint extract and milk. Mix thoroughly and add melted coconut butter. Stir well and place in small cups. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Serving suggestion: If you're feeling fancy, top with fresh mint leaves ; )
