Protein smoothies should taste like 'Smoothies' not sawdust! Ingredients: 1 scoop vanilla based protein 1 cup nonfat or skim milk 2 whole peaches (skinless and non-pitted) 1/2 cup low fat free cottage cheese 1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds A pinch of honey 2-3 ice cubes 1 cup water Directions: Add all ingredients except ice cubes to the blender. Blend for 3-4 seconds on low speed then ADD ice cubes and keep blending until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves. Power on your day!!
