He is also a certified trainer but has been more focused on helping people improve their nutrition and dietary habits to achieve their fitness goals in a sustainable way. He specializes in extreme fat loss, fast muscle gain and healthy for ages 50+ programs. Using monthly reporting on body composition, supplementation and nutritional habits, Ammar uses science to get results.
